In August, a new, expanded edition of "City is me" by Irina Ozymok was released. Four new chapters were added to the main part, including those about cities and war, sister cities, city accessibility, and nature in the city. "City is me" is a guidebook for an educational journey into the world of urbanism for children and adults. The first edition was published in 2021 by "#Knigolav" and has since earned numerous awards, including the "Top Bar Book 2021" recognition, inclusion in the best books of 2021 according to PEN Ukraine, and the illustrations received an award at the Bologna Children's Book Fair 2022.
The enhanced version includes more facts about shelters in Helsinki, mentions initiatives to preserve historical buildings in Chernihiv, provides detailed information about city-to-city cooperation, teaches not to ignore air alarms, and expresses gratitude to volunteers. Furthermore, it presents role models, including Roman Ratushny, who "died defending Ukraine from enemies, but he still managed to defend Protasiv Yar."
